Went running at 5am ran a mile and a 1/2 really proud of myself and then did a 1/2 mile cool down walk…Did weird sprints and walked the 2 miles every 8 polls we would sprint and then walk 3 polls and then we repeated…4 miles total for the day..

Calorie intake 4 egg whites each where 17 calories each equals 68 had 4 packets of welch fruit snakes 45 calories each adding up to 180 calories so far 248 in the morning..had a meal at night 2 enchiladas with rice and beans equaling 1113 so all together i had 1361 calories intake WOOOOOOOOOOOO FTMFW

Week 2 !

I stand in slight disappointment due to the fact that my ACI was 1707.

I’m gonna really shoot for 1200 tomorrow.  Have to get in the mindset of eating for functionality and not for enjoyment.  Lacked on the water intake also so I’ll bump that up as well.

Workout:

3k TM Run

5K SB Cycle

The weekend really hurt me as far as workouts go so I plan on taking no breaks this week so I’m gonna keep the run intensity low to avoid injury.  Break only if necessary.  Maybe throw in a few lifting sessions in there.

Now, if only I could get my ass up in the morning, maybe I could do a morning workout haha.

A recap March 5-9

I’ve been slacking on posting but have been keeping track for the most part.  Here are the approximate calorie counts for the missing days

March 5:  1309

March 6:  1306

March 7-8: uncounted but I know it was hella

March 9 1625

The reason for the uncounted calories is because I was gorging on dim sum and jollibee : D

Not really feeling good about my intake, Going to go for 1000 to 1200!

As far as workouts go:

March 5: Hip-hop but break on running (which I know regret)

March 6:  Ran a 5K, shaved about a minute off my time!

March 7-8: Uhhh….walked around santana row and the mall hahahaha

March 9:  Did a mile run, really felt the effects of cheating and taking breaks.

What I realized, at least for myself, that when I’m not 100% committed to the workout, it becomes that much harder, so I need to work on mentally training as well as physically training.  A few more sessions in the lab and I think I’ll be ready for a long run in the real world.

so i decided to take the weekend off and enjoy myself…and that i did!

Plus i did a little cookin, and if I’m gonna cook, I’m not holdin out…

When we got back into town… I had work from 1-9…. did my lab report from 10-5 am…. had work the next day from 9 am-2… then had school from 3-10 pm….so i really haven’t had time to work out….

but its time to get the game face on… tryin to ease into two-a-days… light weight in the mornin… heavy at night… we’ll see how that goes…

also actually startin to appreciate salads… so the diet improves…

took another break from working out so my muscle can relax and not stress to much…Going to start doing abs thinking about weights but not really wanting to do that because I gain muscle mass meaning ur going to be heavy so running and abs baby

O btw I did check in look at the dates hahahahaha

but its cool cuz its not about shoes anymore its about being healthy YEAH!!!!!!!!

March 9th

Woke up 5am and ran 1 mile and walked .5 before the blizzard from hell came in…..

Ate 4 eggs and bacon in the afternoon and a blueberry muffin in the morning. But threw it up because i pushed myself….

assuming others have quiet since there are no updates…..HAHAHAHAHA
