today’s diet consisted of:

  • 4 taquitoes
  • 1 bag of Funions
  • 1 mango
  • 1 chicken drumstick
  • 2 tuna sandwich’s
  • and a shit load of water.

altogether my calorie intake was

mayo (1 tablespoon) 100 x2

cheeze (american, 1 slice) 100 x4

tuna (lite, 1 can) 100

bread (2 slices) 100 x2

chicken drumstick (+/-) 139

taquito (+/-) 256

Funions ($1 bag) 310

mango 40

altogether i had (+/-)1645 calories today.

sounds alright seeing as the average intake is 2000 since that is how much we burn in an average day of minimal excersice.

Unfortunately i did not want 4 taquitos but it was buy 3 get 1 free. -____-

i only wanted 2

all my meals were pretty spread out. and i only took 1 nap but did not hit the bed as much as usual. now i am going to walk around my block. ill continue walking everyday until i can build up to constant jogging then sprinting

also i need to change my food to lights, or fat free, etc.and i am selling my bike for a single speed… or i might just keep it if its too expensive.

todays diet was kind of experimental to see how little i can eat within the average amount of calories and not be starving myself. todays intake seems good, but i will be adjusting it to my daily activities.
