Late but…
Sunday was the start, so this entry is a little late…to the noobs to this challenge…welcome and good luck…make this more than a competition but a change in lifestyle.
Can’t really remember what I had to eat but it was something like this:
McChicken 360
2 Side Salads w/ranch 440
Blueberry Muffin 612
3 glasses of milk 411
Apporx. cal. intake 1823
Gonna try to cut it to 1600
Basically need to make eating a process…sigh…food is so good though.
