Today I was getting accustomed more to dieting again. Since this is a competition, I’m back on the dieting boat but with more focus on calorie counting.
Which means more reason to use my mini Moleskins. Yeah! Its like when I had a diet journal for karate but never wrote in it accurately b/c I didnt see the value. Who would have known I would be using the same techniques 10 years later haha.
If your not journaling, I strongly suggest one, especially for this type of thing. Or just tumblog, whatever floats your boat but it’s actually really useful.
As far as Approx. Cal. Intake (ACI): 1134
Better than yesterday, but I felt a little weak today, so I’m gonna really push for 1200 to 1300 until I get use to the lower calorie consumption.
Went to Hip-hop today, so I guess I’ll count that as my XT.
As for any other excercise, I decided to dedicate today to REST.
I really wanted to get a run in, but it’s going to bother me more if I overexert my muscles and won’t be able to run for a few days. It has been proven that the muscles benefit more when they get rest, I don’t want to burn out either. I’m actually hoping by next week, I’ll be adjusted enough to my routines.
Just can’t let it go though….so I’ll do some core strengthening later.
