And today….

I think I’ll try to cap my calorie intake at 1300. Also I gotta work on eating more often throughout the day. Ate 3 times today but I wanna bump it up to 5. Reason being, less food means less conversion to fat but frequency will give me energy I need.
Workout: 5K TM Run 34:04
Goal for next 5K is to shave off that 4:04. 5K today felt hella good, actually kind of wanted to keep going. Endorphins kicked in and it was all good.
Didn’t do any other work out. Got in some good stretching though. Probably do uppers again when I hit the weights. All things considered, I think I’m adjusting perfectly. Stepping it up next week.
