yesterday…. had the usual routine… work….school…workout
Ran a mile and a half on the TM…. then went to hardcore freeweights…
Curls: 1/10/15….1/15/10….1/20/5
Tricep Curls: 1/10/20….1/20/15
Independent Bench Press: 1/8/20….1/20/10
Tricep Curls again: 1/7/50…1/7/50
Walking Push-ups: attempted 10…but failed at 4…I’ll get it tho…
Swimmers: 1/30….1/30
that was it for the day…
This was the first Thirtythursday since i started my new lifestyle…but I had to go out…cuz after work…comes pleasure….
Today… Friday… Couldn’t eat meat… so went to sushi…. decided to take the day off from the gym cuz I didn’t want to be sore in the bay… not sure how i’m gonna get a work out in the bay..but i’ll figure something out…as far as eating goes…DIM SUM!!!
