A recap March 5-9

I’ve been slacking on posting but have been keeping track for the most part.  Here are the approximate calorie counts for the missing days

March 5:  1309

March 6:  1306

March 7-8: uncounted but I know it was hella

March 9 1625

The reason for the uncounted calories is because I was gorging on dim sum and jollibee : D

Not really feeling good about my intake, Going to go for 1000 to 1200!

As far as workouts go:

March 5: Hip-hop but break on running (which I know regret)

March 6:  Ran a 5K, shaved about a minute off my time!

March 7-8: Uhhh….walked around santana row and the mall hahahaha

March 9:  Did a mile run, really felt the effects of cheating and taking breaks.

What I realized, at least for myself, that when I’m not 100% committed to the workout, it becomes that much harder, so I need to work on mentally training as well as physically training.  A few more sessions in the lab and I think I’ll be ready for a long run in the real world.
