Week 2 !
I stand in slight disappointment due to the fact that my ACI was 1707.
I’m gonna really shoot for 1200 tomorrow. Have to get in the mindset of eating for functionality and not for enjoyment. Lacked on the water intake also so I’ll bump that up as well.
Workout:
3k TM Run
5K SB Cycle
The weekend really hurt me as far as workouts go so I plan on taking no breaks this week so I’m gonna keep the run intensity low to avoid injury. Break only if necessary. Maybe throw in a few lifting sessions in there.
Now, if only I could get my ass up in the morning, maybe I could do a morning workout haha.
